A $500 refundable deposit holds your spot and starts your Sprint. Here is exactly what it secures and the terms that apply before any payment is made.
$500 refundable deposit
Applies toward the $7,500 total. The balance is due when your packaged file is delivered to the licensed partner for review.
What happens next
An onboarding email and intake form reach your inbox within minutes.
Document collection and your dated project plan kick off.
An independent, Puerto Rico-licensed professional is engaged for the regulated work.
Your refund terms — in plain sight
Your deposit is fully refundable if you request it in writing to team@act60sprint.com within 7 days of payment and before the licensed partner has begun substantive work on your matter, whichever comes first. After that point it becomes non-refundable because professional time has been committed. A refund is not available merely because a decree is delayed, denied, or produces a different result than hoped, except as required by law.
What we are — and are not
Act 60 Sprint is not a law firm or a CPA firm, and nothing we provide is legal or tax advice. All regulated work — the professional review, the memo, the signing, and the filing of your decree application — is performed and owned by an independent, Puerto Rico-licensed professional. Everything we do is organizational: project management, document assembly, and your evidence file.
Before you pay — please acknowledge
I understand that Act 60 Sprint is a service of Coiners LLC, and that it is not a law firm, a CPA firm, or a licensed tax or legal advisor. I understand that Act 60 Sprint does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice, and that no attorney-client or accountant-client relationship is created by my use of this service. I understand that all regulated professional work on my matter — including any legal or tax analysis, the residency and sourcing memo, the preparation, signing, and filing of my Act 60 decree application — is performed and owned by an independent, Puerto Rico-licensed professional whom I engage directly, and not by Act 60 Sprint. I understand that eligibility for any Act 60 benefit is determined by the Government of Puerto Rico and that the relevant deadline (currently Act 38-2026) reflects current law that remains pending endorsement by the Financial Oversight and Management Board (FOMB); no outcome, approval, or benefit is promised or guaranteed. I understand that my $500 deposit is refundable only on the terms stated above, that it applies toward the $7,500 Sprint total, and that the balance is due at the milestone described. I confirm I have read and agree to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Disclaimer.
